I need a real estate agent who is familiar with pre-foreclosures in Southern California?
I’m starting my own business in pre-forclosures based on the “Dream Big” by Bob McManus concept. I wanted to ask some questions to any intrested in working as a Real Estate contact for this type of business.
- How long have you been dealing with pre-foreclosures?
- How quickly can you turnaround a property?
- I’ve heard the housing market has slowed down some…..do you think you can get the same kind of sale turnaround time?
- Is there paperwork required prior to working toegther, or what is required?

Need a good Realtor?
I know quite a few Realtors in the Southern California area that deal with foreclosures.
I can recommend an experienced Realtor from your area that will give you OUTSTANDING service! I work with a network of Realtors across North America.

Contact me, I would be interested to see what strategies are used in the “Dream Big” series.
I am a licensed broker (located in Irvine,CA) and extremely knowledgeable about pre-foreclosures and different strategies to obtain property, even ones without equity. We might just partner up on some deals or find a way to work together. If anything, I can list your properties for you on the MLS for a low price.
Anyway, to answer your questions:
1. A couple of months
2. Depends on the property and how accurately it’s priced.
3. Same as 2. You package a good deal, it can be sold to a retail buyer.
4. Depending on how we work together, there might need to be contracts.
