getting a car with bad credit?

slow house sale
About 10 years ago I got very sick and had to leave a very good paying job. My medical bills went up and income went down. No bankruptcy, but slow payment history, house went into foreclosure, but I was able to sale it to get out from payments. Moved to an apartment to cut expenses. Cheaper than my old house payments and utilities are cheaper. Since then my health has vastly improved, but I still have outstanding medical bills, and my prescriptions and Dr. visits take about 10-12 % of my monthly income. Now my car has died and I have not been able to save any down payment since I have been trying to pay off old bills. What are my best options for getting a decent running car that I can make the payments on without having a large down payment, and without getting over my head?

having a slow pay is better than no pay and collections. Go to your bank and ask for a pre approval loan for a car. Then you can find out how much you can borrow and what your payment will be.

Today every person has need of car, because it has become the necessary need for the people and status symbol also. If you have bad credit history or poor credit history and look for purchase a car, then it is very tough for you. Due to bad credit history, lenders are not keen towardyou can take this loan at better rate, because competition among lender. You can reduce your interest rate after talking with the lender

Check out lendingtree.com. You enter in your info & lenders who are willing to give you a loan will contact you. They’ll tell you the max loan amount and payment before you go out shopping for another car. Also, you’ll know right away if you can live with the payment or need to set your sights on an older vehicle you can pay cash for.

You CAN get a decent car loan, even with bad credit. I’ve done it, but you’ll have to look around. That’s one of the BIG mistakes people make…just taking the first offer that’s given to them when they go to the dealer. Be smarter than that.

WARNING: DON’T GO TO BUY A CAR WITHOUT HAVING THE LOAN FIRST. The auto dealers will eat you alive and give you a crappy rate. Shop around with lenders who specialize in bad credit car loans. It’s a better option, you don’t have to take what they’re offering if you don’t want it, and it’s better than dealing with the car dealer’s people.

There are usually some nationally based car loan companies who specialize in bad credit car loans who advertise on the page linked below…

    Hi,

    Don’t take out a loan.
Just buy a very cheap car at a seized car auction and you are set to go without the loan. It will save you $1,000′s

I did it that way. You can find more info here:

Let me know what you bought!
