What should I charge to rent a 4 bed, 2 bath, split level house in the country with a large property?

The house is 30 mins north of Guelph ON. It has a garage, a very large property with lots of beautiful growth, a hill in the back yard and a stream running along the property line of the back yard, very private. New lamite flooring on the main floor, however old carpet in the rest of the house 90% of the house has been freshly painted. All appliences are in the house. Heat, Hydro are separete.     It would depend on rental rates in your area. You need to shop around and see locally, then you can make an informed decision.

    I would start around $1500.00 per Month….See what other home with the same amenitiies are and judge it from there.It sounds like everything is up to par with the house so don’t be afraid to get your price!
