Should we rent out our small house and rent a larger one?
We currently own a two bedroom one bath home and it is too small for my husband, two kids and myself. Moving to a larger home is a must.

Only you can answer that question for yourself but I will try. Ask yourself why at the present time with the economy like it is would you want to RENT a larger home. You do not say how many within the family or how large your home is…If you have ample room where you are then hang in there until our Economy turns around and it will, then you can make your move. It also depends upon your stability. In other words do you owe a lot of money on loans etc. Do you spend money without knowing where it goes or do you budget your money.
