Need help trying to find a vacation home for rent on Jekyll Island GA, for a wedding reception. Any ideas?
I am trying to find a large house with a backyard large enough to put up a tent for a wedding reception. (or an area close by to put up a tent)
I am essentially wanting to bring my own alcohol & food. Most places that you can rent through jekyll Island make you use their services, which is why I would like to rent a house so I can make my own choices. Thank you in advance!

My sister recently had a tough time deciding whether to have a garden wedding or beach wedding. In the end, she chose to have both the wedding and reception at the Taylor Farm in central Georgia. It was the gorgeous blend of nature, good food and great wedding preparation that made the occasion a very memorable experience not just for the couple but for the guests as well. The wedding was held in the cotton fields near a pond in the 200-acre venue. Dressed chairs, wedding arbors and flowers were set up in that spot. The reception was held at the front yard of an antique farm home, under a big canopy. Their wonderful staff will be more than happy to assist you in all your other wedding needs.
