    Surprise, AZ. So many new homes just sitting there waiting to be rented that have never even been lived in. I lived there almost 2 years ago and was paying 850 for a new 3bd/2ba. You can rent a 4bd for about 950 per month and these are not dumps either. These are really nice places.
