I am in the process of trying to in rented accomodation, but to be honest it really depends what area you live in. I live in Westhoughton near Bolton UK and if the house is nicely decorated and looks tidy where I live I would be looking to pay £550/£600 per month. If you look at property websites in your area you will get a rough idea what other people are chaeging.

    Good Luck

Probably $900. You can do a “rent-survey” by calling all the other landlords who are advertising today online and in the newspaper. Ask about the size of their rental and how long it has sat vacant. You can quickly judge the correct rent to get a good tenant fast. Remember that the worst tenants always agree to pay the highest rent. They agree because they have no intention of paying.
