I need help finding a rent home for military in Jacksonville North Carolina that will allow a large dog?

My husband is in the Marine corp and we just got orders to North Carolina for December to Jan. We need to find a house out in town to rent that will allow our two dogs. One small one Large. We also have two children.

    Contact your base commander housing office and ask for help. Then call real estate agents in Jacksonville NC – and give them your specifications. Many houses are for rent if they cannot be sold.

    i agree with dusty I suggest you get in contact with real estate agents down in N.C and get started. I commend that you consider your doggies…I know that I would not move anywhere that will not allow me to take my Boxers…good luck with your search..

    I do not know about the marines but being retired Air Force when ever we received orders to a new location we were always given a sponsor from our unit to assist us with any questions that we might have.Have him contact his unit and see if he has a sponsor or if they can assist him
