How do I work with property management firms when wanting to rent a house with real bad credit?

We were going to file bankruptcy to save our house then one of us became unemployed so now we are going to give up house due to it being to hard to afford and we are so far behind. We coud rent and have alot of money left over and be able to breathe again. It has been so hard for two years that it is killing us.

    Probably if you put down a very large deposit they would be willing to work with you despite the bad credit.

    I work at a property management company. If someone has bad credit they get a much higher security deposit. Also, they may have a third party guarantee the lease to ensure the landlord will get his/her money.
