where can i find a 2-3bed house in chester uk that will accept housing benefit?
I am living in manchester at the moment and am looking to move to chester as i have split with my partner and want a better life for me and my 2 sons, and i am looking to move to chester which is where my family live. I am looking for a preferbly 3bed house or flat maybe accept 2 if size is satisfactory. I am having trouble finding somewhere that will accept housing benefit, can anyone help. thankyou.

I don’t know how the benefit works in the UK, but here in the US someone who is getting assistance with the rent has the option of asking a landlord if they are willing to accept the gov’t payment. some will, some won’t. find out if this option is available and get around asking the managers if they will accept it. sometimes it helps if you have personal references as to your character and that of your children….well behaved, respectful etc.
