I need $50,000. to stop repossession of my home?

I had an accident broke my back . Lawyer incompetant lost case. Got behind in mortgage . Back at work now full time, need to save home,3 little kids will be on street. Banks wont touch me.Have other asset taking time to sell anyone willing to help I can explain.

    just dad just dad that sucks um all i can say is if you lose ur house um move in with family until you can get back on ur feet and start selling stuff ask family and friends can give you some money hop u alright i fell sorry for ur kids oh yah aflack as is the duck that helps you when you have injuries and all that

    There are still a range of alternate lenders out there will to lend to people when the banks say no. You should contact a good reliable finance broker that specialises in what is called ‘non conforming’ lending and they should be able to put you on the right track.

    Can you talk to your lender and explain the situation. Most organisations now have a hardship procedure which allows them to negotiate terms with you so that you don’t lose your home. May mean making the loan interest only or extending the term of the loan.
    As your lender is the one you need to catch up payments with, they are really the people you need to talk with.
