How do I get in on the foreclosure home action?

home foreclosure
I live in South Carolina and would love to know if there are any decent foreclosure homes in my area. But everytime I try to look something up online (Hud, etc.) they want a fee or a free trial… provided I give them my credit card number. Is there a bank I could contact, or maybe police auction?

Check out youre local paper and they give streets but no adresses. You could always go to a real estate office

I don’t know for sure, but they are sold at public auction. You probably want to check with local banks and credit unions, when they foreclose, ownership reverts to whoever provided the loan.

You have no idea what it takes to buy a foreclosure. You are just thinking, “what a deal I can get”. The process isn’t at all easy, it is time consuming and requires someone with a lot of experience. I suggest you hire a Realtor who has experience with foreclosures and negotiations with lenders. Not all Realtors can handle the in’s and out’s of this type of transaction. Utilize the experience and remember you get it for FREE!

i just talked to my realtor about that. you just have to wait until they go an the market. the foreclosure aren’t final for the housed that don’t show address. don’t buy the trial for the web site i did and it doesn’t show any thing helpful

tells you how to find preforeclosures which is really what you want. Once the property goes into foreclosure , tons of investors have already contacted the property owner
