It’s been my history there is no such thing as a great paying easy work from home solution. Here’s a few tips:
Tip #1: if they are advertising online via email spam or banner ad – it’s a scam.
Tip #2: if they ask for ANY money at all from you or your credit card – it’s really a scam – run away quickly.
As for the foreclosure buying and selling thing – This is a viable business BUT don’t buy any system from someone advertising online or via infomercial. Most of those folks make their money by selling their system – not selling houses.
Best bet there is to find a mentor who is already doing this sort of thing. In memphis there is a large group of real estate investors that meets monthly to exchange ideas, vendors, talk deals etc. It’s a non-profit co-op so no one makes money on your naivete.
Finding a group like that in your area would be most beneficial.
There is considerable risk and rewards in Real estate so don’t start something you aren’t prepared to lose on.

I’ve been doing the survey thing for a short time now. It does work, although I haven’t make a whole lot of money yet. But it comes with time I suppose. A good one I’ve found is this:
Maverick Money Makers it is. Take a look.
