yes it is too late. you could have bought at the sherriff auction to protect your interest. After that sherriff sale your rights are gone.

Yup, because you lean was against the old owners….since they no longer own the property, your lien is worthless

Depends. IF the property has changed hands, and your lien is against the homeowner, yes it is too late to apply the lien to that property.
If it is a mechanic’s or HOA lien, it may still attach,
Lawyer or the clerk of court.

yep, it’s way too late…especially since you must have a court order to enact a lien upon titled property. only thing that you can do is find out if the person in question has any other titled assets…then perhaps you can lien those.

It will not do any good all liens are gone after the auction.
