Renter’s Repossession of Property Owner’s Goods?

My family rents from a home but we do not have access to the garage at our house. Repo men have come to our home asking us for the car which we know nothing of. They keep saying that they know the car is in the garage but the property owner does not give us keys to that garage. They keep harassing us at many hours of the night and we tell them that the property owner lives down the street and to go bug them. Are there any laws or forms that we can show them so they stop bugging us?

Husband and I own two homes, we rent one out. We have a lot of problems with renting. We’re trying to keep 2nd home but depend on renters to cover mortgage. Home is not in foreclosure but if we have to let rental go, when will the bank place sign? Will current renters know about foreclosure BEFORE sign is up? It is a month to month agreement.

I bought a repossessed house and i want to clear it from the blacklist (so i can buy furniture and other things for house with rates) and i need a telephone number from those agencies who do this job. My name is not on blacklist , i never had debts , but even so i’m not able to buy things on credit because of the address.

If you fail to make your mortgage payments, can the bank garnish your wages for the payments?Or do they just take repossession of the home and auction it off themselves?And if they just auction it and can’t sell it for enough to cover the remaining mortgage amount, can they come back and sue you for that, even if you no longer have access to the home?I’m asking because I need to know…if a person decided to deliberately stop making payments on their home mortgage because the home will not sell on the market quick enough and they have to move out of state, what are the repurcussions?(Besides bad credit)The goal is to just get rid of the house, regardless of the loss in profit from the sale of it, and regardless of how it will effect the homeowner’s credit.Please provide any information pertaining to this.

The property was repossessed by the previous owners mortgage company!
I don’t know why? But can only presume he hadn’t been paying his bills!
